Twitter Company Profile
For clients and trades that wish to communicate via Instant Messaging using a mobile phone, we recommend Signal. This provides the security and privacy that few other Instant messengers provide and in addition there is a desktop version that permits us to conveniently send videos, photos and drawing extracts to clients and trades on-site:

We are now able to use conferencing tools such as Zoom, though clients should still make themselves aware of the security concerns.
