While we sympathise with all Local Authority following their austerity budget cuts as well as the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic had on Planning Services, we have had what we consider to be an unacceptable delay on a number of applications. In due course, the following statistics on our Planning Applications for each relevant authority will be visible below. For comparison, previous to 2019 it was common to receive Validation within 1-2 weeks and Determination within 8-9 weeks:
