It has become common place that where proposed works are within Permitted Development, many professional builders prefer to have a Certificate of Lawful Use before proceeding. We can create all documentation and drawings required, then submit them to your Local Authority to minimise disruption to your schedule.

There is only one point of contact, ready to take extensive notes so that you do not have to. Drawings include dimensions for on-site convenience and can be printed and posted directly to site (when letterboxes are present), emailed or uploaded to services such as Fieldwire. We have trialled software a number of times and on occasion it can be convenient when the site has an internet connection and the client has a tablet or similar device.

We can create and manage the schedule for new service installations such as Water, Gas and Electricity, by liaising directly with suppliers and installers on the behalf of the developer. This ensures you only have one point of contact, while we cooperatively work with service suppliers to produce the best solution for your circumstances.

Multiple properties are acquired by strict control and we can assure clients this continues during every step of the process. In a recent example we designed the conversion of a night club into 13 self-contained apartments, open to communication from all relevant trades to ensure alterations were efficiently designed.

We have a track record for ensuring information goes no further than our locked and secure office. We can have hardcopy drawings delivered personally by secure couriers, should computer based communication methods not be accordance with company or personal procedures.
